12 knife-rests rose stems in Sèvres crystal

Set of 12 rose stems shaped knife-rests in Sèvres Crystal, in good condition, sold in their original case.

The outside of the case is in its current condition. Inside marked "Cristalleries de Sèvres" and outside stamped in gold with the Sèvres Manufactory symbol, partially erased. 

The Royal Sèvres glass manufactory was given as a gift to Madame de Pompadour, Louis XV's favorite mistress, in 1750. It was very quickly considered as the best crystal manufactory of France, then became more and more famous throughout Europe thanks to the delicacy of its crystal and its opaline productions.
