Eusebi Díaz Costa (1908-1964), an artist ahead of his time, who knew how to develop a creative idea that was for the time quite original and avant-garde: he was the first to understand that ceramics with popular and traditional roots could become, in addition to utilitarian and functional, an object with a clear decorative vocation, and knew how to adapt and renew the production to the new aesthetic requirements.
