The pineapple ice bucket, designed by Mauro Manetti is world-famous and even has been copied many times! The original and first productions had inside made of metal. The outside of this one is in gilt cast aluminium.
Mark beneath the base "M/M MOD. RIS. MADE IN ITALY" and "MOD PRIV."Produced circa 1960.
Nice shape and so useful for ice cubes and even ice cream or sorbet.
