Exquisite Minton cloisonné style teacup with saucer. This porcelain service is decorated in faux-cloisonné with vivid botanical motifs framed by gold. Here, beautiful friezes of eyelets or daisies on a very typical blue background, very common in Dresser's production for Minton.

Signed under the cup and saucer with the model number G2355 (made circa 1875-76) and Minton cypher porcelain mark for 1875 and "MINTON" printed in the porcelain (see last backlit photo).
